Admission Details
Thank you for your interest in applying to Rosemary Model School. We believe that education is a lifelong journey, and our aim is to instill in our students a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence at every stage. At Rosemary Model School, we strive to equip our students with both the intellectual and practical skills necessary to navigate future challenges successfully.
Below is an outline of our application procedure:
Application forms can be obtained from our school's Admission Office. These forms are available for students from Kindergarten to Grade XII.
When submitting your application, you will need to include the following items:
- Completed Application for Admission
- Certificate of Secondary School Examination for XI & XII admission
- Passport-size photograph
- Copy of passport photo page (for students from abroad)
- Official school records from current/previous schools, including grade reports for at least one academic year (specifically for Elementary, Middle, and High School applicants)
Eligibility criteria for admission to Grade XI: To be eligible for admission to Grade XI, a student must have passed the qualifying or equivalent examination that makes them eligible for admission to that class. The term "qualifying examination" refers to an exam whose passing qualifies a student for admission to a particular class, while an "equivalent examination" refers to an exam conducted by any recognized board of secondary education.
Academic Courses Offered in Grades XI & XII:
- Core Subject: English (compulsory for all)
- Elective Groups: Students must indicate their choice from the following options:
- Group-I: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Group-II: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science
- Group-III: Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science
- Group-IV: Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, & Computer Application
- Group-V: Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, and Business Maths
- Students can also choose Tamil/Hindi/French as their second language.
